The Maintain Reports dialog enables you to create and delete reports of different types. Once created a report appears within the right-hand reporting window. Note that the report window is dynamic. When you move around the tree window and select a node, report windows can be updated with the relevant information on field frequencies and graphs for that node.
When the report Windows are updated dynamically you should anticipate some delay of the windows being updated when using large data files.
Report Type
Single Leaf: This type of report provides a similar style to the Statistics/Graph display within the Table View. It differs in that the report window can be updated as you move around the tree, to illustrate the frequencies of the selected leaf at that point.
Cross Leaf: This report can show the outcome probabilities on a selected field across all profiles (i.e. all leaf nodes). For a discrete field you must select a value to report on. For a numeric field you can report on the average or on the sum at each profile.
Cross Leaf Sizes: This report will show the size of all profiles (i.e. all leaf nodes) as a percentage of the total.
Lift/Gain: This report shows a lift/gain line graph for all the profiles. The leaf numbers can be superimposed onto the line graph.
Auto Update: This check box will be visible on some types of reports that you create. When this check box is selected the report windows will be updated dynamically as you navigate around the current tree. When deselected, the report window will only reflect the last selected point.
